1. The service
AkKhata is a business-management platform (web and mobile). Features may differ by plan.
2. Account
Register with accurate information. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Plans and payment
Free and paid plans are available. Paid features activate after payment is confirmed. Refunds follow applicable law and any published policy.
4. Your data
You own your shop’s transactions and products. We process them to run the service. You should keep your own backups.
5. Acceptable use
Illegal activity, accessing another account, disrupting the service or running harmful software is forbidden. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance or emergencies may cause downtime.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. For paid plans our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the relevant period.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may stop the service if these terms are broken or the service is abused.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes.
